I need advice of gynecologist, please

Hello,

Could you please give me advice or show some direction where to go. I visited lots of doctors in my country but i feel like i need international help.

I`m 23 y.o. Since 15 y.o. I always had irregular menstuation with a period from 1-6month.

A half of a year ago after 5 months of no menstruation I felt extreme pain in lower abdomen.

Utrasound showed  uterus lining 5,9 mm, heterogeneous, ovaries with 10-13 follicles.
Hormones:
Prolactin 264 (70-566),
Testosteron 4,93 (0,5-4,3),
DHEA 13,4 (0,8 -10,5),
LH 16,34 (2,12-10,89),
FSH 8,15 (3,85-8,78)
Insulin - 5,68 (6-27)
17 OH Progesteron 2,257 (0,4-1,51)
androsterone 24 (1.6-19.0)
Fasting Glucose - 5,8
After 2 hours after having oral glucose - 6,7

I had an endometrial byopsy it showed simple gradular hyperplasia with polyps. I was taking Duphaston 2mg*2d for 6 months, 14-25days of cycle.During this time I reguraly had menstruation on 27-28 d. of cycle, lasting for about 5 days. But pain doesn`t ceased. The most painful are 10 day including mestruation and days after it. Now docs suspect endometriosis.
After having 5 months of Duphaston results of hormone blood panel become within normal parameters. Ultrasound showed uterus lining 6mm (10 day of cycle), not deformed, prolifiration.
During the efforts to move, both ovaries are painful, especially left one. Free fluid.

I`m really anxious about not having a hysteroscopy once the hyperplasia was diagnised, cause I know byopsy can`t be very reliable as the tissue is taken randomly from any part of endometrium, so that there are odds that some tissues with bad cells are left and didn`t exmined.

Some doctors said me It`s better to do hystero, other said that I`m young and this hyperlasia mb a result of my PCOS and long absence of menstruation.

Could you please give me some advice about how hyperlasia must be treated along with the fact that i have non oficial endometriosis diagnosis. Shall i do hysteroscopy now after taking 6 months of duphaston?

Please, give a direction.
