IBS Symptoms/Ovarian Cysts/Fibroid/Endometrial Fluid

I have had IBS symptoms (bloating, gas, constipation, severe abdominal pain) for approx. 10 years, I had a colonoscopy which was normal with the exception of internal hemmorhoids.  Around the same time the IBS symptoms started I was also diagnosed with ovarian cysts and possible endometriosis.  Now, 10 years later I am still suffering with all the same symptoms.  Last week, I went to my GYN due to abnormal bleeding (lasted 16 days).  He did a transvaginal ultrasound which showed a small amount of fluid in the endometrium causing it to be distended and a mass in my uterus (dr. said maybe fibroid?)  I am only 25 years old and really don't think I should be experiencing all of these symptoms.  I have never had any pregnancies but am worried that will be a problem when I do try to conceive. I have also been on birth control pills for 10 years.  I have had abdominal CT's before and the results are always "Not an optimal scan due to large amount of fecal matter."  I've been to a couple doctors but nobody really does any testing to figure out what's going on.  I'm at a loss now and not sure what to do.  Any suggestions what steps should be taken next?

Does it hurt for you to have sex and to have BM?

If so I would ask them to  check for a rectovaginal cyst that is deep inside but if they know what they are looking for they will find it.

I had one for 15yrs and suffered in pain until it was removed.

wow...i can imagine you must be a bit frustrated and a bit overwhelmed.  I have similar symptoms and have also been on the pill or 10+ years...My Dr. is having me keep track/document  when I experience what symptoms etc...I am doing this for one cycle of pills and then we are going to meet to see if it shows any patterns.  Perhaps documenting when you are experiencing these symptoms could be helpful...Are they intermittent or do you experience them all of the time??  I hope that you can get to the bottom of what is going on for you..
