Ideas??

Hi all, Im very new to this place. I am on another help site also and have found amazing comfort there =)
I was told of this place by a good friend and thought I'd sus it out.

I was recently diagnosed with Endo after almost 11 years of suffering.
I cant take BCP's,
I've been on depo provera and it didnt work,
Im on progesterone tablets they arn't working and I've had laser surgery and my pain is by far the worst it's ever been SINCE the surgery.

I moved my appointment forward with my professor to May 12th instead of June 8th because I can't take this pain anymore =(
My painkillers wont help or even knock the edge off the pain!

My pain can start with piercing pain either side of the uterus area spreads out and then starts to throb, moving down to legs.

I find if I sit long enough or stand long enough Im in agony.
If I need to go to the toilet im in pain.

I cant escape it unless it takes it's fangs out for a short time.

Ideas? I cant do much before the 12th, its the closest appoint. My GP advised going to the hospital if I was to get in pain I cant take anymore.

I was on the floor the other night in a ball, had taken 8 panadine forte and 4 over the counter medication tablets. NO relief. I couldnt move. However I was alone and couldnt take myself to a hospital!

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Hi. I had my period for the first time when I was 10. Since than I had very painful periods with vomiting and dizziness. The pains were awful, so sometimes when I couldn't take it anymore I took some pills, but that didn't work so well.
When I was 18 I had serious pain attack and after that I was bleeding for a month! At that time I went to gyno for the first time. They said that I had cysts and the pains are caused from that. After one year I had the same problem and the gyno suggested that I see endo specialist. I went to doctor and they were scared from my situation because I had chocolate cysts, blood tickening and tumor on my right ovary. I had emergency lap, that lasted 5 hours! After that I lost my right ovary and since than I am on Yasmin because I am keeping safe my left ovary that also has endo and cysts. I have been on Zoladex shots for some time (after I had a punctuation done on my left ovary), but that was horrible experience because I was experiencing an early menopause!
The most important thing is that after the lap I haven't had any pains when I have my period and that's huge relief! The doctors were surprised how I managed to deal with so stong pain for so many years...
Yasmin pills are very good (as much as a medication can be good), but when your period is controlled and you have just one ovary left and you haven't had child it's not so pleasent feeling... Also there are some minor side effects...
However, I completely understand that the pain is awful and that nothing helps! But talk to your doctors and get some advice. Try to relax as much as you can. I know it's hard, but sometimes we can help ourselves with thoughts, not with medications and surgeries. The food that we eat is also very important... I exercised yoga in daily life and that helped me a lot with the technics of breathing and that helps a lot when you are in pains... That's my experience and I hope that it will be at least a little bit helpful for you.
Have a nice day and take care!
