Is Lupron different than Clomid?
I have stage 1 & 2 endo and I am Clomid this cycle which has not worked. Expecting AF tomorrow.
But just wondering if Lupron is different as I can see by alot of posts that people are on Lupron and not Clomid.

Thanks all for your help. I might reconsider Acupuncture. Not really sure what to do next.
Lupron Depot is an injection that puts you in menopause so the endometriosis can heal or go away. Clomid just helps stimulate ovulation.
Also the Lupron that is used in IVF cycles is a much lower dose than what you take for the treatment of endo.

and also you mantioned you are going to go to chinese herbalist. I don't know but I don't beleive in all this. I went to chinese herbalist, was getting acupancture for 5 months spend a redicolous amont of money. Did't help
No lupron will put you on artificial menopause so you won't get periods, it has a lot of side effects and very strong medication, clomid is very mild and is supposed to stimulate you ovulation, so instead of producing one egg you produse 2 or 3 or more, but all doctors also use lupron for ivf but i don't know how it works that way, I only know how it works for treating endo.
