Low grade Fever after Lap. Surgery lasting 4 weeks

Hi

I had laperocopy surgery. endometriosis and scare tissue was removed. It was 4 weeks ago. When I got home from the surgery the paper said to watch for a fever. It was 100.8. I continued to monitor it. The next day the surgical nurse called and asked me how I was doing. I told her that it was runny around 100.9-101.0. She told me it was probably due to dehydration and to push more fluids. I had for three week my temp was down 100-99.1. I called the surgeon and she dismissed me because I wasn't having other symptoms cramping and fever. She said " I don't know continue taking Tylenol". I called my family Dr and the nurse practitioner took blood work and urine all came within normal range. She said the same thing but do a journal. She said 51% of fevers don't get diagnosed.  A week later still have fever, my blood pressure runs low and when it does my heart rate is high, tired all the time. Cramp when I move in a certain way or do activities for a while. Told both Doctors both said I don't know do a journal and they took more blood. Any ideas? I'm starting to get depressed.

It may be that your body has just gone through some trauma and it could be fighting off infections I don't know. If they ran tests and they came back negative I wouldn't worry so much. If you are in pain with a fever then ya I would go back to see if you need to be retested. There are flu bugs going around at this time so it could be a mixture of that or anything to be honest. Besides this how is the recovery going? Are your incisions healing properly?
