Nausea MOST the month?

I haven't been diagnosed with endo, but am very suspicious.   My doc has scheduled a lapro in the next two weeks, but I don't want to go through with it unless there is a really good chance that it will yield any answers.   In addition to the other 'typical' symptoms of endo, I have nausea pretty much all of the time.  Is that a normal symptom with endo?    Wouldn't it be around certain times if it was endo, and not ALL of the time??

My endo is Stage IV and ALL the time for 4 years now. Long gone are the days when my symptoms only came around my period. A lap is a very easy procedure - no big deal at all. It's not major surgery by any means. You can have naseau with endo but that usually means the endo has spread. Get the sugery done ASAP - it will NOT hurt you. I am learning, after battling the intense pain and multitude of symptoms for many years now, just how bad endo can be and how it can spread everywhere! Don't hesitate - do it.

My ob-gyn is pretty sure that I have endo as well... I go in for sugery next month to confirm.  I too feel nauseated ALL of the time.  I have been trying to research endo as much as possible since I found out it was a possibility the other day.  I haven't seen on any sites that nausea is a typical symptom either.  My nausea is so bad at times that it makes me sweaty and dizzy...yesterday I had to lay down on the tile flooring just so I wouldn't pass out.  It is absolutely overwhelming at times.
If you do decide to go through with the surgery I wish you luck and hope they find some answers.  I am scheduled in for Jan 21 so if you have any insight following your lapro I would love to hear it.
Take care!

I have that same problem. It confused me too. I am so glad I had the surgery.  If I had waited any longer I would have been dead.
I know you are scared, but it will be worth it.  You can bet that your doctor wouldn't have suggested that you get the surgery. Good luck!
