Need help troubleshooting - endo treatment

Hi all,
I am going to try to keep this simple, but need some community advice for endometriosis treatment.

- Pre-pregnancy, endo suspected, but got pregnant before having a diagnostic lap and felt great during pregnancy.
- After the birth of my daughter, I started on jolivette (progestogen only pill) after having the worst, most painful periods of my life. Sharp, stabbing pain in belly, rectum, bladder, etc. that 800 mg of ibuprofen could not touch.
- After being on jolivette for months, finally saw relief.
- Five years later, jolivette still working, but began to get chronic gastritis. Found out it was the jolivette causing it.
- Had to stop the jolivette almost a month ago due to the gastritis and within a week or so, the ache, bloating, pain starting coming back
- First period after stopping jolivette is coming in a couple days and already feeling the sharp pains in abdomen, spinal aches, pressure in rectum and bladder, feels like the worst is coming
- Had to go back on jolivette pill yesterday in the hopes it would help cut off some of the pain but I am betting it is too little too late

So, jolivette causing chronic gastritis, but going off of it has caused my suspected endometriosis to come rushing back; cannot take ibuprofen due to gastritis; cannot take Tylenol due to non-alcoholic liver fibrosis; cannot do turmeric tea or ginger tea due to gastritis, cannot do heating pad because it hurts... I am STUCK!

Earliest appointment I could get with my gynecologist is over a week away.

Do you have any suggestions on treatments to replace the jolivette or any advice to get me through this period I know is going to be horrible?

Thank you for any comments or advice!

I am sorry that you are having to go through this.

Have you considered a different BCP or another progesterone only med? There is another one on the market called Visanne, not sure if you have heard of that.

I used Marvelon which was a low dose bcp that had both progesterone and Estrogen for 8 yrs.

Maybe you can try warm lemon water if you can't use the others?

I can only suggest probably lots of warm baths, and heating pad.

I wish I could give you more information :(
