PLEASE HELP: WORRIED ABOUT ENDOMETRIOSIS

About a month ago I started having weird pelvic pain. Nothing severe, but it was an annoying feeling that I could only notice when I was sitting down and it wasn't constant. I was tested by Patient First to see if I had PELVIC INFLAMMATORY and it came back neg. But now I worry if its endometriosis. I mainly worry if I have it if its made me infertile by now. I have an appt with a reproductive endo/gyn on Wednesday (Dec 13th). Is this a long time of having it if I DO have it or does it take months and months to cause infertility? ALSO this period has been painful than it usually is and note that the pelvic pain has now gone away. Also had Bacterial Vaginosis and a yeast infection, maybe that's what the pelvic pain was from?
