Pain Management for Endo

I'm going to see a pain management doctor for endometriosis.  I most recent surgery was July of last year.  I recently started Lupron, but that doesn't seem to have been any help yet, besides making me super emotional.  Does anyone have any suggestions/advice about what to expect that ask?   I know they're are a lot of different solutions out there, so I was looking for some feedback success or not so successful experiences.  Thanks everyone!

I recently visited a Pain Management Center where they prescribed me an anti-inflammatory called Relafen, to treat the inflammation, which was frustrating since my pain is a 7 or 8, which she didn't understand and am scheduled for a Lumbar Epidural Spine Block in 2 weeks, which she hopes till treat the pain.  To negate the side effects of Lupron my Ob/Gyn has me on Agestrin to counteract the side effacts, but I just started that last week and have yet to see any changes.  I'm having plenty of side effects such as hot flashes, night sweats, pains and aches that are flue like, headaches, etc.  I'm hoping the agestrin will start to kick in.  The Nurse Practictioner said that I'm at the :peak of the Lupron flare," which should subside, but it is brutal right now.  I do know people who have had the shots with minimal or no side effects.  I'm all for the Lupron if it works and the side effects are treatable, which I heard they are.  My doctor is optimistic that this will help the pain, but have been on the Lupron for over 2 weeks, and my pain is only getting worse, which scares me.  Other suggested treatments for the side effects of lupron that have been suggested are acupuncture and massage.  I wish you luck with lupron and don't mean trash it, as I do know people in your exact position where they did a course of lupron, their cysts and fibroids shrunk, and the had surgery.  I'm sorry I don't have many more answers.  I wish you the best.

I have same question about lupron depot. And is there any alternative treatment to help with side effects of lupron injection for treatment endo. I had surgery June 30th to remove 15cm left ovarian cyst but when they went in to remove the cyst they found endo. All over left ovary so they removed 90% of my left ovary.  The surgeon suggest lupron depot. Need can help to relieve those scary side effects.
