Pain in right side

I have had endometriosis all my life. The pain has gotten worse as the years have gone on. There are two new things happening I am not sure what to do about. I have gone to gyno whom have said nothing wrong. I have a pain in my front lower quadrine and it not only stays in the lower quadrine but its also in my back same location just in my back. My periods consist of quarter size blood clots and last months period I bleed so bad I was changing tampons and pads every 15 to 30 minutes oppose to every hour or two. The concern I have is the pain is  in the general area of my appendix and I have also had heart burn with this. Yesterday the pain was so bad that my blood pressure elevated it was 138/91 and heart rate of 115 which is not normal to me. The pain is beyond barrable. Narcotics do not touch this pain. My periods are as such this past time was blood blood clots and some clear fluid of some sorts. I am confused and not happy with my doctor here maybe someone would be experieceing the same issue and can explain to me what the heck is going on. I am a baby when it comes to pain and this pain is like time 20...it terrible...The last period I bleed so bad I  didnt have to remove any tampons for as soon as I sat down blood just poored out....Someone help and help me figure out what I can do about this....

I to have the same problem.  I did go to a gyno and they did an transvaginal ultrasound which showed that I have a fibroid inside the cavity of my uterus, 2 cysts on my right over and 1 on the left.  I also believe I have endo because I haven't been able to conceive and I've been married for 10 years.  We've tried off and on for about 6 years. Unfortunately i've had to wait about going to the dr. for about 12 years now because I just recently got insurance.  I MADE myself get some kinda insurance becasue all of my problems were getting worse.  My pain is so bad I black out, throw up, I can take pain pills and it don't phase it.  Then i'll try to sit in a hot bath and take the pain pill and that doesn't help.  Since they consider this pre-existing I can't have anything further done until April of 2010 but as of right now they have me on birth control which has slowed down the bleeding..but my pain is still there. My ovaries hurt..even though i'm not ovulating.  I have constant lower back pain.  It's Awful!  Anyways, I agree..you HAVE to find a different doctor.  I did.  The first one was more concerned with getting me pregnant since i'm 30!  He even said my biological clock was ticking. So on top of that and he just wasn't a good Dr. anyways..I changed. He didn't even tell me I had the fibroid!  I called about the insurance paying for a test and that's when I found out about it and that's why it's considered pre-existing.   I want children one day.  Right now i'm trying to find out why I hurt so bad and bleed so much.  Then that might fix why i'm unable to get pregnant.

Please find a different dr. asap! You definitely need better care. And please keep us posted.  I wish you well.

Have you had an ultrasound?  Maybe you have a cyst on your ovary.  I would go back to dr or go to ER so you can get an ultrasound.  Start with that and then maybe see another dr as you need to do something to treat your symptoms.  I am sorry...hang in there.

You have to go to ER.  If your blood count's low enough...they could do an emergency hysterectomy or they could just give you a blood transfusion.  If your blood count's not low enough...they'll probably give you pills & send you home like they just did me.

But then go to another doctor cuz obviously yours is a quack.  And doctors like these really need to be taken out of this field.

I really think it's going to be up to the lot of us freaking out on some people...but who?
