Please help me Im very worried

i am 52 years old and been in menopause forseven years . i haven't been able to have intercourse for two years do to severe pain . i resently had a ultrasound the results showed that i had thickening of the walls of my uterus . i also had bleeding for four days .the doctor said it wasn't normal to be bleeding considering i had been in menopause that long .could you give me some input on this matter ?

I went in to menopause in 2006/2007 snd my periods stop in 2007 .here it is 2013 and I been bleeding light for two weeks now with cramps and lower back pain. Why ? Should I be worried.
