Please help me

Hi all. Me again. So I went to another OBGYN my third in Lexington. He said one of my ovaries was stuck to my side due to scar tissue. He said to unstick it that he'd have to open me up totally. I wont do it. Not right now. I can't afford to be out of service for six some weeks. The pain is so terrible though from the endometrosis too. He didn't give me anything for pain. I tried calling and he has been out. Going to try to call tomorrow to see if he can give me something for the pain or refer me to a Pain Doctor. I don't want to be on pain pills but right now I have no other choice. What's good? I had been on Lortab and where I took it so long 10mg only lasts 4 hours. The pain is so bad some days I can't do a thing. Im in depression bad and my anxiety is out the roof.

if they remove just the ovary your recovery time should be a very short time. my sis in law had one removed and she was back to work in 5 days! I know the pain you are in my right ovary was that way when they did my hysterectomy and oophorectomy but they didnt take my left one. now I am scared it is the same way! The best thing is surgery and its done with 4 small cuts on your stomach recovery was easy!

Have you tried taking BCP continuously until you can have the surgery?  I had the same issues but it wasnt just my ovaries it was everything wrapped around my uterus.

I had extensive surgery for Stage IV endo and the recovery was 2-3 weeks
