Question about my endometrial biopsy results

Hi there.  I have 2 weeks before I meet with the doctor, so I was hoping someone may be able to enlighten me on my endometrial biopsy results?  Specifically, does this report rule out adenomyosis or endometriosis?  (I understand it shows no cancer/hyperplasia).  Thanks in advance!

ENDOMETRIAL BIOPSY: ALTERED AND ASYNCHRONOUS ENDOMETRIUM WITH GREATER THAN 3 DAYS VARIATION IN HISTOLOGICAL DATING. EXTENSIVE STROMAL AND/OR GLANDULAR BREAKDOWN IS PRESENT. NO HYPERPLASIA OR CARCINOMA.
