Endo and Exercise

I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of syptoms getting worse after starting an exercise routine?  I was diagnosed with endo in April after a lap (endo on my right ovary was removed with a laser).  Before the surgery, I had aching pain in my left inner thigh and stabbing pains all over my pelvis.  3 months post-op, my belly button area is still tender from the incision and it's uncomfortable to wear some of my jeans because of them cutting into this area. The pain in my thigh never went away.  Recently, I started riding a stationary bike and walking more often to get back in shape and I've noticed that the stabbing pains are returning in frequency and severity.  It almost seems like the more I exercise (even gardening is a problem) the more troublesome the pelvic and abdominal pain becomes.  Could this be from just working out muscles that are still healing or is my endo returning?  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, I'm debating whether to call my gyno.

I am also in a similar situation. I've recently changed my lifestyles as I am over weight. But it seems that by working out it has flared up my endo. I have had two surgeries where they went in threw my belly button and it has never been the same since. Every time my endo flares up my belly button gets raw and infected and hurts! I try to deny that its my endo as its scary as crap to go threw but when my belly button turns red on the inside I know I cant deny it any longer. My boyfriend wants me to go to the doctor but I hate the doctor and was also debating weather I was just over reacting but by reading these comments I see that I need to go. Thanks all for the comments, they really help me this morning.

Thank you both for your advice.  I was starting to think I was over reacting and it's nice to know that there are people out there who understand.  I will definitely check out the website and talk to my gyno (This disease *****!! I hate going to the doctor!).  Thanks again!!
