Will endometriosis be cured if secondary dysmenorrhea is cure?

As I've been struggling with endometriosis for years and have done 3 laparascopy and hysterctomy, 3 ivf cycles, taking danazol capsules, contraceptive pills with no success. I now shift to homeopathic treatment and to my surprise I was pain free during the menstrual cycle. I searched from the internet and found many websites and blogs saying Endometriosis is cause due to secondary dysmenorrhea. Will endometriosis be cured if secondary dysmenorrhea is the root cause?

Thanks for your response. I'm not taking any pills now for almost a year. of course I do have estrogen dominance, mood swings, nausea and vaginal dryness as well. I also have mid cycle period on the 14th day with dark blood. I was confused whether it's a good sign or a bad sign. Is it a ruptured cyst?

I have been on the pill for 5yrs now and I have not felt pain during this time.  I still have endo and still have adhesions. It doesn't go away if you dont feel menstrual pain, it just means it is possibly suppressing the endo.

Do you have estrogen dominance, nausea, mood and hormone fluctuations?
