Yes! I have severse endo and am going in to have a hysterectomy on Wednesday. I have 3 beautiful miracles! It was not easy to concieve but was possible. With my first 2 I had a lap to burn the endo out then 6 months of lupron. Within 6 months of coming off the lupron I was pregnant both times. With my youngest my son was only 6 months old when I found out I was preg. again. So I believe the endo had not yet had time to fully take over again. But this goes to show it IS possible! Never lose hope. I was told I would probably never have kids and my DR that is doing my hysterectomy is shocked I was able to. But with the proper treatment and the grace of God have have 3 living testaments that it is possible. So don't give up hope!

I always wanted to have a baby so badly. But after 5 years of suffering everyday with large ovarian cysts i gave in and had one ovary removed. i thought it would get better.
Then the endo attacked my left ovary and after 2 years that one was gone too. :*(
There is some good news. My doc always said that within the 6 months after you have surgery to remove scaring and endo, is the best time to try and get pregnant. Its possible  i guess but not very likely.

I also carried a baby to term.  Had a couple of miscarriages before her but carried her.  The pregancy was not great but pretty good and I actually felt better the further along I got.  Now trying to have a second and it is not going so well.  So it is possible!

yes it is possible, I was told that I was infertile after having an overy removed because of endo.  I concieved my daughter  within 3 months of my op and carried her to full term with no problems.  see my comments under weight gain and endo.
