Okay so what I am getting from you is that you started your period at 9 yrs old and the pain started at 11. (That is an indicator of Endo, earlier menses as well as early pain onset)

Irregular bleeding is also an indicator of Endometriosis but also Adenomyosis.

When you say your tests keep coming back really bad what does that mean? What are the results besides enlarged uterus?

An enlarged uterus could mean Adenomyosis or Fibroids or both.

I want to tell you that if you do have Endometriosis a hysterectomy will not cure that, it will come back.

So here this is what I want to you to do. I know you are pain but you need to think rationally and listen to what I am going to tell you.

What you need to have done is a lap. If Fibroids, Endo, Adeno and or PCOS is suspected you need for them to do an exploratory lap to start off with to see what is going on.

Your best option is to see a Endometriosis specialist or an oncologist gynocoloist who would have a lot more experiences with all of these issues. Gyno doctors usually do not have enough experience to excise Endo out.

If you have had your period since 9 and pain since 11 (similar to me) then it is a very good chance because the pain your are in and how early you got the pain that you have severe endo and if that is the case you need a top surgeon.

Secondly. Once that surgery is done and all the cysts, fibroids etc are removed and you are put on medication this should help tremendously.

I understand that this has been a long journey for as it took 17 yrs for me to be diagnosed and I went through all the emotions that you are going through right now.

I would not even think about cancer or worry about it because I really don't think that is what it is. I am not a doctor but I am giving you my opinion based on research, experience and talking with fellow Endo sufferers.

If you have adeno and it is really bad then yes they may chose to remove the uterus however many people have adeno and take meds like birth control continuously to help with the pain which would be the same method to help with the pain from Endo.

Welcome to the Endometriosis community :)

If you had a pap and it was fine, why are they doing a biopsy?

There seems to be a type so I am not sure what you are trying to say if you can clarify it for me I can help you with your question the best I can.

What problems have you been having exactly? Symptoms?

Please let me know so I can help you more :)
