killer ovarian pain

Hi guys, October of 2014 my primary doctor discovered that I had endo after 6 years of painful periods. I had a laparoscopy on may 13th to gain a better idea on how bad it was. they found fluid floating aroung from a cyst that was on my right ovary that had ruptured. my left ovary was huge, filled with fluid and its also completely attaches to my bowel. now my GYN said that they just cleaned up the fluids and did not want to remove my left ovary because i am so young (20yrs old). she put me on a BC, camrese to calm the endo and I started taking it on may 17th. for a few days now i have been having symptoms like when I am about to have my period. since yesterday I have been feeling nauseous and both of my ovaries started to hurt. By today the pain has gotten worse. it feels like my ovaries are about to explode. I notice that when I urinate or move my bowel, a little bit of pressure is relieved. the pain is getting unbearable and I don't even have an appetite. I still have 32 more active pills until its my break week. anyone have any idea what could it be? I am scared that its something serious. please help.

please find an endometriosis excision specialist...the sooner the disease is excised the sooner you will feel better...your dr. should have referred you to a specialist rather then masking the symptoms with BC...this is nothing more then a band-aid. Get copies of your records and send them off to a specialist for evaluation...many do this for free! If you need help in locating a true specialist...let us know city/state or providence/country and we will try to help you! The description of disease state you have is not to be ignored...you need a specialist! The pain will only get worse until the disease is excised from the pelvis...so don't wait...start making the calls to the specialists and get your appoint because it can be a wait to get in to the true specialists!

Unfortunately that is what a lot of women and unqualified Dr.'s think...but I know my excision surgeon has had several women who had been trying to get pregnant for  over a year then she did excision and they were pregnant a few months later...we have to get the disease out! Get in to that specialist and get that little bundle of joy on his/her way! :)

oh ok. thank you so much for that information. My plan was to try to conceive and then do the excision.

Your best chance at having a baby is through excision surgery with a specialist...I have seen many gals who could not get pregnant then went to the specialist to have the endo excised (cut out-not burned) and they were pregnant a few months later....so it's critical that you see a specialist!

I unfortunately did not so I was never able to have any children...so don't waste your time on Dr.'s who do not understand the disease of you may end up right where I am now...all you have to do is start the process of communication with the specialist and the rest should fall into place!

ok Thankyou. my biggest worry is not being able to have children later on. people keep telling to try and conceive now but I'm not financially stable for that yet,
