low carb diet/keto diet

Hi Dear girls,
wondering if any of you has tried the keto or low carb diet
and if it made any cahnge with endo?

I started the diet and so far so good but it contrudicts the "classic" endo diet - (which never did anything to me anyhow) i will really apreciate responds.

even if it's not advanced...still best to get it dealt with asap...for a good outcome! Just wanted to clarify that....the early the disease is excised from the body the better the chance at full recovery!

although nutrition is important for our health and well being and may slow the progression of the disease process this has not been proven...so definitely eat a healthy diet...without processed foods and hormone filled meats...but the only way to truly manage and potentially cure your endometriosis is through laproscopic excision surgery with a trained endometriosis specialist...In my 25+ years of dealing with this disease I have tried everything out there and the only thing that worked for me was seeing a specialist and having the disease cut out of my body...diet is important but if your endo is advanced best to see the specialists! Good luck!
