sciatic endometriosis

I know hip, leg, and groin pain are common with people with endo, but I was reading that this pain could be caused by endometriosis on your sciatic nerve.  Has anyone been diagnosed with this?

I was diagnosed with endometriosis over 10yrs ago after having a miscarriage I was found to have four cysts on my left ovary and then on further investigation they found endo, I had laser surgery and cysts removed and then two year later the same again and course of HRT which sends you a bit crazy. After many miscarraiges and lots of pain later I now have two children.  I gave up on treatments for a few years as I didnt feel any benefit from it.  My current symptoms  are very heavy periods, pain to my right felopian when pressing, random thick hair growths on arms, breasts, belly, spots, shooting pains (constant problem over years) siatica down my left side which can stop me from walking and sleeping, rectal bleeding, constant pain to my left hip joint and tension headaches, basically am dropping to bits.. It gets very hard at times living with this condition as you feel like your whinging all the time and the fatigue makes it difficult to work and bring up children.  I know there is no cure by by god I wish there was
