EBV or HIV?

Hi, on september 5th 2014, i did it with a female CSW, was a vaginal insertion, i used condom and was just for a minute or less. I suck her nipples and i drank a little bit of breast milk. No kisses. I was drunk.
One month after i had a lot of symptoms like mono: fever, night sweats, swollen nodes, fatigue, rash, pharyngitis, muscle vibrations, liver pain, kidney pain, spleen pain, sweat hands and feet, red eye lines, white nails on top, hair loss, big heces, tachycardia, difficult breathing and thick saliva.
I was scared and i did a test for hiv at 2 months, was HIV antibodies by immunochromatography method in a lab and was negative, then the same test at 4 months and finally i did it for 5 months in a differente lab, was negative for HCV and Syphilis too.
Doctors told me i don't need another test for HIV, i'm definitely negative.
Now i'm feeling much better at 9 months after exposure but i'm still with the hair loss and a strange texture in nails.
Could be mono by EBV? please help me!!. someone on the same situation?
