Utterly Confusing Test Results

I was told by my doctor that I currently have "Acute" Epstein Barr Virus.
I do not understand the printed results at all.
I have had this test done many times recently, and it always showed "Past Infection"
Not reactivated.  Or Acute.  How do you have "Acute" with a past infection?
Can anyone confirm or deny her assessment?
Do these results convey "Acute" ?

Espstein Barr Nuclear Antigen IgG:  245.59  AU/ML
LAB COMMENTS:  EBNA is POSITIVE
Doctor note:  Positive Mono Chronic Antibody  <-----------------------

(heres the confusing one)
Epstein Barr Early Antigen IgG:  1.78 AU/ML
LAB COMMENTS:  EB-EA Range:  50-75%
Doctor note:  Positive Mono Acute Antibody   <------------------------- ??? accurate ???
INTERPRETATION:
Statistics Report:  n=33
Std deviation:  1.42
Std error:  0.24
Mean:  1.83
Median:  1.51
PERCENTILES:
10:  0.73
25:  1.05
75:  2.10
90:  3.16

Epstein Barr VCA IgG:  250.49  AU/ML

There have been no exposures.
