If there's any way you can just kind of take a couple weeks "off" (work, etc.), I think that would do a lot to help your body get ahead of the virus. I know it's not easy or convenient, but with all you're going through, it might be necessary in order to help fight off the EBV. Hope things start improving soon!
Getting plenty of rest is a must with Ebv. At least 6 to 8 hours of sleep. You also have to find measures to reduce any stress in your life, because stress makes the condition worst. Try to eat a well balanced diet, and don't eat foods with MSG because that too makes the EBV worse. It helps if you incorporate vitamins and a supplement called co-enzyme 10. This works at the site of the mitrochrondia part of your cell helping to boost your energy level; and I can tell you, this really works. Take 100mg of co-enyzme 10 daily, also incorporating other lifestyle changes, and this should help; Also, if you smoke or drink alcohol, try to decrease your usage of that too. You want to boost your immune system, not retard it. Hope this information helps.
