20 years old erectile dysfunction even after Viagra. URGENT HELP

I have been struggling with erectile dysfunction now for pretty
much the majority of my late teens.
I got prescribed 50mg tablets by Lloyd's online dr
and have been taking them. The first time I took one it
definitely helped but wasn't rigid, so I took half another tablet
that seemed to work a bit better.
The second time I took a tablet it seemed to produce a smaller
erection.
My querie is what process should I go about to speak
to the right people and rule out all causes?
What are the possible causes that it could be to cover all bases?
And what's the highest dosage I can take?
Like 75mg-100mg.
Please reply, help urgently needed
