Adolecent PE

Hi, i am a 17 yr old adolecent who has intercourse frequently. At first it ws fine i could last for quite a while sometimes passing a whole hour on the first go around, but recently i ejaculate almost instantly. But it is only during intercourse, if she does anything orally or anything else, i cant ejaculate unless i really concentrate. I'm not sure if this is just a youth thing that will go away with age or if there is something i can do about it, because it has become a large embaresment for me. Please Help me.

Are you thinking you can't have blood work done at 17???  You can.  Do you still live at home?  Is that your concern.....not knowing how to tell your parents, perhaps?  If so, just tell your mom you feel like you need to see a urologist because you are experiencing some problems when urinating or something.  They don't have to know exactly what is bothering you if you are not comfortable talking to them about it.

And yes, it could be hormone imbalance and it may go away with age.  However, testosterone IS a male hormone and having some blood work done will let the doctor know if your testosterone is low or not.  They (the urologists) see it all.  So if you make an appointment, don't be shy.  They are in the business of helping people with just your very problem.

Get some professional help.  You are too young for guessing games and this is too valuable to the enjoyment of the rest of your life.  (Sex life, that is)

Only problem is I can't because I'm 17. Could it be maybe a fluctuation in hormones because of puberty? And it will go away with age.

Have you had any blood work done to test your testosterone levels?  They may be low and testosterone replacement could possibly help (IF that's the case).  However, my 55 year old husband is experiencing the same and the testosterone replacement does not seem to be helping him with that too much.......but I know it does help alot of people.  Talk openly with your doctor.  Don't hold back, tell 'em everything.  Hope you get some help and things turn around for you.  Good Luck.

Well you said to porn, I do masterbate more often than 1-2 times a month usually 1-2 times a week but usually no porn. But ya I know that works but I want something so that I won't have to worry about it and can just hold off like I used to be able, I don't know why the ability went away.

1-2 times a month is nothing, some people are using porn up to 5 times a day! Seeing as your problem isnt with getting an erection, try the 'something about mary' trick. Which is masturbate on the day you are seeing the girl, which will relieve the sexual tension you could be building up.

Yes rarely, maybe 1-2 times a month. When you say it shouldn't be, what can I do to reverse it?

Hi Dolf,

PE is becoming more common these days, although it doesnt need to be.  There are ways to fix it.  I have a question, do you masturbate to porn? If so, how often?    The reason I ask is because masturbation habits can lead to PE, especially when it comes to having intercourse with a woman.
