Any ideas at what the cause might be?

So I've had some issues getting up for about 5 months now, whether I'm alone or with a girl. It has gotten a little better over time but still not good enough. I used to not wake up with any wood but now it's there but maybe at half mast. I have had sex but ive also been left hanging, literally. I've seen two urologists, the first for what was found to be a varicocele and the second for ED but he did nothing to treat it. Blood pressure is fine, testesterone was fine, I exercise, I eat well, and there isn't really any physically wrong that a doctor has found at least. Less than a year  ago I could finish and keep going, now I'm lucky if I can go for just a round. The last urologist suggested a venous leak at the end just because he couldn't think of anything else and he said "no amount of exercising will help this, you are healthier than most guys." The only thing he said he can do is a test for it but he said that wouldn't really accomplish anything so advised against it and wouldn't prescribe any pills for ED. Any suggestions other than a venous leak would be great, I pray that it is something mental before it is that. Any advice would be great.

Glad you went and talked to a doctor...and it sounds like you had the typical urologist experience. If you want to continue getting help from a medical professional, I would encourage you to go see a male sexual medicine expert (or an Andrologist). They specifically specialize in these kind of issues.

Second, just remember that men's sex is fluid and always changing. Erectile dysfunction one time, or a handful of times, or even for a year does not mean erectile dysfunction for life. So many factors contribute to the quality of an erection. The worst thing you can do is freak out about it and get in your head about it. I was dating a girl once a few years ago and was having trouble performing in the bedroom. I went to a urologist, got a prescription for Cialis, had a few good sexual experiences, and then didn't need to take it anymore. Had no problem getting or maintaining them.

Hopefully things are looking up after all these months!

Specific exercises ED and PE are male deer exercise, kegel exercise and anal peripheral prostate massage. Google these words for relevant websit and pick up the one you like or do all the exercises. You can look for groin exercises and do them regularly. Wish you best of luck to solve your problem.
