ED issues with long term Ambien & adipex use

I have been on and off Adipex and Ambien for 2-3 years. Usually after 8-10 months the weight loss doctor takes me off for like 6 months and then I can get back on. Now I’m starting have some ED issues. Sometimes can’t get fully erect and some times I ejaculate before I get fully erect. I recently started having this issue. My sex drive has been down too.  I’m  curious if the long term effect of Ambien and adipex is causing this issue? Doctor has me taking 2 doses of adipex a day and 1 pill of Ambien at night for sleep. I’m 34 years old. Can some one help me?

Hate to say it but yes, usage of adipex can contribute to erectile dysfunction. This is a physiological connection to ED. You'll probably go back to normal if you stop taking it. ED is listed as a common side effect. https://www.drugs.com/answers/does-phentermine-affect-sex-drive-436380.html

And unfortunately, ambian is also linked. https://www.healthline.com/health/erectile-dysfunction/ed-and-ambien

Kind of puts you in a quandary.  Do you have to take ambian to sleep when you are taking adipex?
