Erectile Dysfunction at age 20?

I’m having major ED. I am beginning a new relationship with my gf and I am not able to sustain an erection. I can’t even get myself semi erect. Last school semester I was extremely stressed out with exams so my doctor send me for ultra sounds on my balls and entire organ ultrasound. Came back entirely negative. I am having a lot of problems in my life both personal and public life.

That stinks---  you are in a new relationship and having erection trouble.  A lot of the time, this can be psychological.  You say you have a lot of things going on, are you super stressed?  I just linked this in another post but I think it is a really great explanation of mental blocks and anxiety as it relates to erections and talks about how it can cause the problem you describe. Even if your story is different than the OP, the advice given by a PhD doctor is excellent.  https://www.medhelp.org/posts/Erectile-Dysfunction/Cant-beat-the-mental-barrier-and-maintain-erection/show/1024174  Let me know what you think.

Thx for providing the link, GR - that should be quite helpful. Always good to hear from a medical professional, especially one with expertise in this area...

Lettermans42,  I think you've nailed the main issue yourself - you have described quite a large amount of stress in your life right now. Stress is a HUGE killer of of sexual functioning for guys. The body just doesn't respond correctly to normal stimulation under those circumstances. You mentioned you can't even get yourself erect - are you saying that even by yourself, if you try some solo activity, you don't respond? If that's true, then you may really be under enormous stress, and they key for you is to address that.
Another question: Are you still experiencing morning or nocturnal (night-time) erections? If so, then that's a good sign that your sexual apparatus is still working as it should. If you are NOT getting these (or only rarely), then there's also a physical problem, altho that could also be stress-related.
I would see a regular Dr. first (even though you already had some tests done), get thoroughly checked out & make sure there are no physical problems (cardiac, circulatory, etc.) that could be interfering with functions, and if everything checks out OK, then you may need some kind of Psychological counseling to deal with the extreme stress. One caution, though - a lot of anti-anxiety drugs have the side effect of ED, so please make sure the Dr. knows this before he/she prescribes anything. I think there are a couple of anti-anxiety drugs (possibly Wellbutrin - ??) that do NOT have that side-effect, so maybe something like that could help without aggravating the situation. Since I mentioned it, I realized I didn't ask if you are currently taking any anti-anxiety meds - if so, that could be the culprit...

Anyway, best of luck to you - I know many readers here sympathize with you, we know how tough this must be for you. Let us know if you get some relief from this terrible situation...

ED is your body’s “check engine light” because ED can be an initial signal of grim health difficulties like high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol or low testosterone. The blood vessels in the penis are lesser than other parts of the body. So ED signs often occur long earlier more serious complications like a heart attack or stroke. When an otherwise healthy man in his 20’s experiences ED, it’s cause for concern.

2 In both studies, the patients who were cured with the homeopathic remedy did not prove a statistically important improvement in indications compared to the control group. These sensibly sized studies of homeopathic Nux vomica suggest that it is indeed probably not effective for treating gastritis.
