Well, i searched for the solution on internet for my problem but I didn't find any best solution for my problem.
My problem is that..
I am 32 years old, Recently I have problem with my penis erection. I am not able to main my erection during intercourse. I feel that my penis is not getting hard enough. for example, during foreplay I am getting exited, penis get erection but almost within few second if partner leave me for just few seconds it becomes very soft. also during intercourse also its become very soft. since last couple of years I am facing this problem although I am not facing this problem regularly but with every 2nd intercourse this problem is common for me. I am able to ejaculate but there is no any force at all. if I masturbating, I am able to ejaculate but not with force.
I search on internet & found something like Erecticle Dysfunction, i think that blud circulation is not enough for full erection. Desire of sex is very high. in past before 2 years, I was supposed to do sex 2-3 times per day, able to satisfy my partner, also got exicted by watching porn movies, any hot beautiful girls. but now these days, I am getting exited only with foreplay & also not big enough to satisfy my partner.
I am not smoker, also i m not taking any alcohol. once in 6 month, i am just taking 1-2 cups of wisky that's all. also dont have any bad habits of tobaco or any drugs.
I dont want to take any medication like viagra which has side effects. can you give me better natural solution?
or if there is any medicine related to that I want to use it for smallar period of time. dont want any medicine for rest of my life.

Even though you occasionally do it, that is still the problem. Get away from masturbation, porn and masturbation to porn for a couple of months so you can see it is affecting your sex life.

these days not, i do occasionally to porn, able to ejaculate & also getting hard, but not able to ejaculate with force.
