Erectile Dysfunction

Hello everyone,
From last two months I'm getting soft erections, even before one month I got hard erection at night, but now even I was neither getting hard erection at night nor soft erections at day, from last four years I masturbated regularly but now I've stopped masturbating because of this problem even If I try to masturbate I didn't get erection and sperms will flow out as soon as I rub, but my sperms are thicker like before, so the only problem is erection! Are these things leading to erectile dysfunction? and what will I do now?

It could be a number of things, depending on your age, health, nutrition, etc.  For example, diabetes can have an effect on erections, as can many medications. Psychological reasons are also very, very common: it may be that you’re feeling stressed about  things unrelated to sex, it may be that you feel “performance anxiety,” etc.  Or you could be feeling physically uncomfortable. Often, if there’s a physical reason it may have to do with blood flow to the penis, as that is what causes the erection and what maintains it.  You might want to check with a doctor if none of these seem like the answer (or if one does and it indicates a doctor is needed to help solve the problem).  Also, keep your penis healthy by using a top drawer penis nutrient formula (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil).  Look for one with an ingredient like L-arginine, which helps to keep blood vessels healthy.  Good luck!

Yeah I watched too much porn and every-time a sticky water was outpouring of my penis, I'm 24 years old, Now I've completely stopped masturbation and watching porn, but what about wet dreams, after stopping masturbation the tendency of wet dream has increased and often I noticed my penis was not erect even during wet dreams, I'm feeling so helpless now and I can't able to discuss it with anyone.
please advise me some nutritious diet also, Rest I'll keep working on what you said earlier.
thank you dear for your time

Hi George, There is also a cream available in market with L- Arginine? Is it good to apply it directly on the penis to get the results or it better to take it orally?

Salman.....the first thing you should do is to see a urologist.....to diagnose your condition.....ed is caused by both physiological  and physiological factors...it's important for you to get yourself evaluated....ed can be caused due to poor blood flow to the penile tissue because of restricted arteries...which is more pronounced at older ages....the other may be a lowering in the testesterone level....I advise you to get yourself evaluated by a urologist.....
