Erectile disfunction after a vasectomy

i am 57 and had a vasectomy in 2003;my wife died last year of a brain tumor, and i had not had proper sex until 2 months ago with a 65 year old widow;we do 69 very well, but when i ejaculate,i only pass clear liquid, which she said is sweet;is it quite normal, after 14 years, and a 5 year gap(and have had recent blood tests, which show no problems ANYWHERE) do i need an iron or other vitamin stimulus,as my doctor said,if i don't use my penis for sex,i might lose my sex drive .
