I'm 22 years old.For about 2 years, my penis doesn't get erected after i wake up in the morning. i masturbated 2 times daily. smoke 2-3 cigarettes daily. i can feel my testosterone level becoming low.And im having sex for last 1 year...but my penis doesn't get properly erected. which medication,food or else can get me ride of this erectile disfunction? and how can i increase my testosterone level?(without injection)
Unless you can get your testosterone level checked by a lab, you cannot know that your level is low. My advice is to curtail all use of tobacco and try to maintain a high level of overall health through proper diet, sleep, and exercise.
