Escitalopram for premature ejaculation

Hello, what are your experiences regarding Escitalopram for premature ejaculation? Just started it today on low dosage of 5mg. Must it be taken like Cialis before sex by some 1 hour? The 10mg daily dosage for how many days until you experience real ejaculation delay? What are the main side effects and does it include loss of erection or sexual desire? What is the average delay time I can expect? Like 5 times more than normal, so now if I can last 20 mins in sex without ejaculation, with this medicine it can prolong to 1 hour of sex before ejaculation?

Is Dapoxetine(not finding) and Paroxetine better solutins for PE and what is the difference in period of ejaculation delay compared to Escitalopram ?

Thanks

Taking Escitalopram for premature ejaculation is puzzling for me unless you haven't explained everything, since the drug is prescribed for treating depression and generalized anxiety disorder.  And then it takes from one to four weeks or longer to become fully effective.

All drugs have different effect on different people. If you are on a drug, you will have to continue and increase the dosage. You will have to discuss this treatment plan with your doctor. You need an expert for these answers.

Thanks for your reply. Was lasting much longer a year ago but many things changed in my relationship that caused my ejaculation delay time decrease and not stable. I wanted some real stuff to kick my game to higher level, so I surprise my girlfriend. I read about the sise effects, just started trying, most importantly for me that this medicine do not effect my sex drive or desire. I just want a big push for a month or so before I go back to my past performance.
