I am recently sufferd from semi erection? What might be the problem?
I am 20 years old, recently I am masturbating a lot. I am still a virgin but i got a girlfriend now but doing a foreplay didn't help at all the erection wasn't hard enough and it goes down softly. I don't know the cause what to do? Does over masturbating might be the cause?

As long as you have a girlfriend, try to get away from masturbation which may be grabbing most of your sexual energy. Then when you are with your girlfriend, you will have more enthusiasm for intimacy. Be sure to engage in plenty of foreplay, but intercourse doesn't have to be first on your list.
