I have an ongoing problem that won't go away

About a year ago, I woke up with a pain in my chest.

I have since had a problem with my dartos and cremaster muscles and a total loss of vascular tone in my hands and feet. I used to have large veins that bugled in my hands and feet. In other words, visible veins that I could be squished and moved.

Now, no veins are visible at all.

I walk around all day with a tight scrotum. After visiting a family doctor, urologist, cardiologist, I still have these problems. A blood test revealed everything was normal. They always rush me out - saying there is no problem. I wake up every day with a tightness in my chest that feels like its impacting my heart.

So I decided to start taking: https://shoppopeyes.com/en/products/ballistic-labs-big-boy-293g

This powder seems to have a powerful blend of ingredients that are designed to help with cardiovascular problems. I believe the root cause of the scrotal tightness is a lack of proper blood flow. After taking it for a few days. I noticed some improvement, but the pain persists when I wake up - in my chest.

What I think I require is the most powerful vasodilator. I've tried hot showers, hot tubs, cold/warm water therapy, taking long walks, biking, jogging, and playing sports. No physical activity has helped with this condition at all.

Do I have vascular calcification/vascular dementia?

Lastly, I believe the reason for the scotal tightness is a lack of proper blood flow. Therefore, the muscles spasm.

Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you have thought about this, researched this and tried different things. Have you worked with an actual doctor on it? This article you can copy and paste has a lot of reasons for testicular pain and tightness. https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/symptoms/16292-testicular-pain You should rule out a low level of torsion in my opinion. Hydrocele would be something I'd also want eliminated in your search for causes.

Yes. I said that in my post. They tell me nothing is wrong...because all my blood tests come back as normal.
Now I wake up with heart pain, my heart beats quickly, then goes back to beating very slowly. I can't even feel my heartbeat now when I place my hand on my chest.  And my pulse on both wrists is very slow. My hands are always dry (new symptom) just started and skin is flaking off.

All original problems perist, except now they are getting worse. Somehow, I'm able to do normal things like drive, think, type, and walk. How can I strengthen my cardiovascular system and heart to the point where I can have some relief?

Please help. I don't want to die from a heart-related/circulatory problem.
I’m thinking this is related to stress or anxiety - that could be why your test results are normal, but you still gave symptoms. Do keep seeking answers from  Dr’s, tho - if you’re feeling pressure or pain in the chest daily, that cannot be good. You may need to seek out a specialist, tho I can’t tell you which kind. Why not ask your regular Dr. for a referral to someone who might be able to help?
