Loss of sensitivity on penis and loss of erections

I'm 24.. Its been eight months i have been facing these issues. It started with loss of erections, loss of sensitivity over penis head, low sexual desires, shrinkage in size of penis.. I don't feel anything sensitive or sexual over my penis even when i touch it or try to erect it to masturbate. It was never like this before. A little itching over penis head Every few days and red spots over penis head. But it goes away when i apply candid-b but back again every few days.
After four months started having pain in left testicle.
I was too much worried so consulted an urologist. He checked my penis but he didn't find anything unusual..
Recommended me megalis 20mg for erection issue and and enzoflam for testicular pain. Even got a testicular color doppler done to rule out vesicular veins. Reports were all good..
After doing the medical course for few days the pain was gone..
Megalis helped me i getting an erection but the sensation issue is not solved.. Even after getting an erection i don't feel any good on me penis. Rather it goes much more numb and i can't even feel my thumb over it.
I think this sensitivity is the main issue i'm having issue i'm not getting erections.
No morning woods, no night erections..
When i try to masturbate its hard to get erect but i can achieve an erection with concentrating my mind over some sexual activity or by watching porn but neither its strong enough not big as it used to be. It gets erect but soft.. There is a loss in size and girth of my erect penis. And as soon as i stop masturbating it goes down to flaccid size..
There is no problem with ejacuation but recently i noticed i don't feel orgasm.. Like i know i'm going to *** but when i do i don't feel it.. Again no more sensations of that tingling feeling..
Regarding testicular pain i still get that very rarely but now i feel something attached to my left testicle.. Like a bag of veins attached to my left testicle.. Its really weird.. And it even feels a little heavy over that side..

Plz help.. Really worried..

Loss of sensitivity is often due to peripheral nerve damage in the penis, so this could be something that has happened to you; it can be caused by a number of things, ranging from serious trauma to the penis to just too much rough handling over time. One excellent option is to start using a top notch penis nutrient cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) that includes an ingredient called acetyl L carnitine. This ingredient is neuroprotective and can help to restore sensitivity lost due to peripheral nerve damage. Good luck!

Hi dude, I've been facing a similar problem, check out my post. After I did a 'liver flush' I had a bowel obstruction for a couple of days and the morning after my penis really was shrunken up. For months my ***** were afwull, now they're normal again and my penis isn't as stressed anymore. It's now just way smaller, bloodless and weightless when calm and it's way harder to get and stay erect, to enjoy sex and I come quicker too :/
