Please can excessive masturbation cause impotence? If so what's the remedy
I got involved in masturbation out of curiosity, and for four years I couldn't stop this practice. now i'm having erectile problem/quick ejaculation which I believe is linked to this practice. I have tried some herbal remedies which only work temporalily while some doesn't work at all. Please i need a permanent solution to this problem.

Im curious how long has this been going on for, have you noticed this very recently?
A lot of people say you cannot masturbate too much but I believe that is simply untrue. From VERY recent experience (I am going through the same thing you are) I can attest to too much masturbation being bad!
Cut back on your masturbation ASAP! I would say don't whack off for a good month or so, then see if there is any improvement. Then if there is improvement and you can masturbate like before you need to do it in moderation! I've read sources saying to keep your ejaculations down to 2-3 times a week tops. Some say once a week or once every two.
