Shrinking penis

I am 30 years old, and have been impotent for about 2 years now.  2 years ago, I was absolutely fine.  I could have sex as many times as I wanted to.  3 times a night would be no problem.  I woke up with erections, and if I didn't have sex I would masturbate in the morning and before I went to bed.

It is a different story now however.  No morning wood.  No libido.  If I am able to get an erection it doesn't last long.  Visual stimuli has no effect, I have to use my hand and that doesn't work very well.  When flacid, my penis is smaller now.  The skin feels different--less sensitive.  I see veins where I couldn't see any before.  When I walk around, it feels like I don't even have a penis anymore.  It feels like nothing is there.  As a result of this I have lost my girlfriend, my confidence in life, and I think I am losing my mind. I can't live anymore like this.

Does anyone have this random issue? Know a dr?

Hi there!

Erectile dysfunction can develop in young adults due to a variety of causes. Psychological stress, performance anxiety, depression, neurogenic disorders peyronie's disease, body image issues, medications, alcohol, smoking, drugs/medications, hormonal imbalance, radiation therapy, kidney failure, metabolic disorders, multiple sclerosis, hypertension, diabetes, prostatitis, urethritis etc. just to name a few. Anxiety and stress play an important role in the development of erectile dysfunction; and is the most common possible cause. At a primary level, I would suggest being a bit relaxed and working on the psychological factors. You could also see a psychotherapist/ behavioral therapist for the same. It might also be beneficial to get rid of factors like smoking/ alcohol/ drugs, if involved. In case this doesn’t work, or you have difficulty controlling anxiety; I would suggest seeing your primary care physician for an evaluation of the above mentioned causes and appropriate specific treatment.
Hope this helps.

Take care!

If u dont use it you lose it. This goes for the penis as well as muscle  brain ect. Low t used to not be a problem in guys your ags but for some reason guys as young as 20 r suffering from low testosterone levels. The reasons according to what I have researched is polluted environment hormones in food supply, chem trailsand online porn. I am 49 and I started haveing problems about 2 years ago also.  Fortunately I found a suppliment that releases bound testosterone. You can have a normal testosterone level but if alot of it is bound up to protein it does u no good . The supplement is Funugreek. It releases bound testosterone. I use and it works, test proved it, liquid is the best!Get some
