Asking cause doesn't this happen from time to time for most? At what point do they call it ED? When do they start treating it?
Well, I think it just depends on how any particular guy feels - if he’s thinking it’s a prblm, then it might be. As long as your Dr. doesn’t see anything (like heart disease, etc.) that prevents use of one of the ED meds, I don’t think there’s any harm in using them. They can also be used on a case by case basis - I’ve heard of guys that use them just to ensure there won’t be any issues, and sometimes once things are working OK, they get along without them until the next time they feel it might help.
Your Dr can prbly help the decision about whether to use an ED med after asking some questions, like how frequently does it occur, when you do get erections, how firm are they, etc. Certainly no harm in bringing this up w/ your Dr. - in fact, Dr’s are now encouraging their male patients to let them know when ED issues crop up (which are pretty common as we get older) because sometimes it’s a sign of another, possibly more serious, health issue...
Also now some online pharmacies & sites like ‘Roman’ allow you to consult w/ a specialist over the phone or online & prescribe an ED med (if appropriate) w/ out seeing your reg Dr. if you’re not comfortable discussing this with him/her.
Good luck & let us know how it turns out - there are millions of guys in the same situation that can benefit from hearing others’’ experiences & advice!
I think your question is self explanatory. You don't treat cold when you don't have it. You can try to postopone it by following a diet and keeping yourself in shape. But in most cases, people don't think about it untill it hits. Just like with the rest of illnesses.
