I completely disagree with the advice that you have gotten from other responders to your post. I just had my first appointment with a urologist for the same problem. You definitely want to ignore the terrible advice from both responders that posted before me. Masturbation does NOT cause erectile dysfunction as a matter of fact the old saying of use or lose it is a fact. I masturbate all the time, some guys have 2-3 orgasms a day.

HI Dhanush,
Normally we should give at least 3-4 days gap between masturbation to give brain and body rest to recover from the exhaustion.

you have  exhausted yourself a lot by masturbating continuously without giving rest,it wll take time to recover from it.

Do kapalbhati pranayam daily for 30 min and eat healthy diet ..take walnuts and almonds in regular diet.

leave sex and mastrbation for at least 2-3 months and donot try to simulate yourself ,every attempt to stimulate will damage your further, just relax and spend time in ligt physical activity like jogging and walking...

you should be fine in 3-4 months...
