high doses of sildenafil ( viagra)

I'm 45, and suffer from what I call mild ED.  Meaning I can get and maintain an erection for about 10 minutes during sexual intercourse, then it begins to fade.  I have had great success taking 60-80 milligrams of Viagra,  my question is I tend to have intercourse 2-3 times a day I was wondering if taking this medicine (about 200 mg/day) could have adverse effects?

Not a rocket-ship idea. Sildinafil causes constriction of blood vessels around the heart. Here's what may solve your problem. 2-3 grams of L-arginine. Then go and get the nasal spray naltrexone, used for heroin overdoses. In the USA you can buy this without prescription. Spray it in your nostrils. It blocks endorphins which are similar substances that cause the blood to release from your hard penis. Years ago, when working in a hospital, I can tell you that shooting up with narcan to maintain an erection was quite common. Shhhhh. In those days there was no nasal spray. It has a short half-life though.

Sildenafil has its own set of side effects which you can check by reading the paperwork that comes with your prescription or by going on the Mayo Clinic website and looking up the drug.  Since you have "mild ED", it may only be due to the amount of intercourse of "2-3 times a day" which makes it difficult for your body to recover from.
