oxygen levels

I have noticed that during intercourse my erection wanes substantially even while on cialis. I was wondering if there was a problem with oxygen levels due to much "holding my breath" during intercourse or mastubation? It seems i hold my breath alot-- the closer i get to orgasm. Is this something that is common? Could it explain the problem?

Lately been having some neck/ clavical pains while trying to masturbate.. many times i have to "restart" after becoming too exerted trying to orgasm.
I am only like 5-10 lbs overweight and never had these problems until recently . Also hard to keep the libido going at times. Is this common for a 55 yr old?

My experience is that you must take the 5mg  Cialis daily to make it work --- everyday !   I have never heard of Semi daily.. my thoughts

well I have been on daily or semi daily Cialis and it helps with erection but not really with duration.I can really only sustain it for around 2 minutes. I don't consider myself terribly out of shape but I will def work on some cardio . I had heard there are breathing techniques to help but that could get tricky trying to practice that in the heat of the moment.
lately I have had low libido too,, testosterone checked out normal so i'm at a loss.

I don't think so -- blood flow is the issue, and you should see a urologist to check it out.. You might try  the daily Cialis 5mg treatment for consistent erection help..   My thoughts, ojsam
