The amount of masturbation you're talking about is nowhere near an obsessive point, and may have no lasting effects on your current or future ability to have orgasms. If anything, self-stimulation may help you to better understand your body and its preferences, so that you and your partner, may pleasure you better. While there may be some numbness or soreness after a period of particularly vigorous or frequent stimulation, there are no negative long-term effects. You may now breathe a sigh of relief.
What if the frequency is higher, once a day, and stopping before ejaculation?
Could it damage the nerves? permanently?
Yes it affects the nerves in a healthy way. It trains the nerves to relax more during sexual stimulation so that when you have sex you will be able to last longer. So it trains the nerves in this way, and also get's you used to holding back.
It's important otherwise there is a chance you could have a pre-mature ejaculation during your sex.
The only thing damaging to the nerves is a vibrator. This usually just applies to women who use vibrator which can destroy the nerve and create scar tissue around the nerve.
But now a days they also have vibrating vaginas for men. So don't use those.
thanks patrick for ur suggestions,,,,,,does it nt affect on the nervers system of penis,,,,
Masturbation twice a week is a good healthy frequency.
You need to realize that cleaning the pipes every now and then is healthier than not doing it. Use it or lose it, and it also prepares you for when you will need to use your penis inside a vagina.
as far as my health is concern i feel weakness in my health,,,,,wat u people think abt it,,plz suggest,,,,thanks
thats not tat much some pple do it every day r even more
Masturbation twice a week will not affect:
your ability to conceive children
the ability to please your wife sexually
your health
I know I have no issues with whether or not my partner masturbates. I don't think it should effect your relationship at all, though if you feel uncomfortable about it, discuss it with your partner. Communication is always the key :)
About if it will effect your health: I never heard of masturbation causing health issues. Has it ever given you troubles in the past 7 years? If not, I wouldn't worry about it.
