weak erections and decreased libido

hello.m 23 yrs old.m masturbating i guess from the day i hit puberty...used to be a regular those days..now i do it once in 3-4 days, rarely 2-3 times a day..The thing is m no more getting usual erections...no morning woods..weak erections. M not a regular masturbater but whenever i do,, i do it  too furiously like getting out of control and like chocking my penis hard and m not sure but i fear i might have damaged my tissues due to my masturbation style because m not sure but i sense a "decrease in libido"... at just 23 this cannot be the case right??? If so..Is it a permanent damage??..is it curable??how.. plz help m worried.. i admit i have been a porn addicted but so is most of guys, don't they!.. i watch very less porn now.. i smoke and booze.. which i cut to a large extent..i exercise now..eat healthy. AT this age it cannot be decreased libido or tissue damaged right??? my predictions depends entirely on what i read on internet., M really scared as m still a virgin...M i dead under my pants???..plz help m really really scared.

Probably you are over reacting. Porno watching, smoking  are harmful.I have given few suggestion in this forum, please read them and select any technique you like. Google these techniques and select which you like and practice. Basic  requirement is abdominal breath. Learn abdominal breathing by parctacing 10 minutes twice a day. Do this breathing if you need to calm your sexual urge. In this way you can reduce your masturbation.
