The most likely exercises to help repair and rehabilitate the shoulders are rotator cuff exercises usually with cable or band. You can also do later raise with a light band as well.
Thanks very much for the advice. But can you please suggest how to exercise with cable or band, I mean the method.
Stand with with left hand on midsection and elbow at side then grab cable handle 2-5 lbs and rotate hand out to side without moving the elbow. It is an outward movement of the arm. The rotator cuff muscles at the back of the shoulder pull the weight out to the side. Keep elbow at your side though. Do sets of 15 - 20 with light light weight. If cables have to high weight then try wrapping a band around a bar and use that instead. Then I would do 3 sets of 15-20 every 3-4 days.
