So I'm the flyer on my cheer squad and every day at cheer that we stunted, i would have a calf cramp that night. I would get a cramp in my left leg from what I guess was flying. But it's gotten progressively worse, I get a leg cramp every night in both legs and both calves are always sore. We haven't been working very hard lately or stunting much y at practice and no other part of my body is sore. Is there something I should be worried about?
