Do you think I am pushing my self to hard with exersise???

Last night I was playing DDR aka Dance Dance Revelution wich is a Dance game. But I think I may of worked my self to hard. I felt dizzy light headed, unbalanced and my arms and legs felt heavy. Wich just made me push my self harder to move faster so I could lose more calories. So I felt even more dizzy, light headed and unbalanced after. And kinda spaced out.I also wore a heavy long sleev shirt so I would sweat more because I know you lose weight of sweat enouph. I'm trying to lose 18 pounds for september 7th so I really need to exersise. I am a 16 year old female and am 5,10 and weigh 159 my goal os 132. Do you think I may have pushed my self to hard?? ? Because I plan on doing this a couple times everyday! Yesterday overall I burnt 616 calories and my goal for each day 1000 calories. ( it tells you on the game how many calories you burn) is this healthy???

Hello!

At a height of 5'10" and a weight of 159 pounds you are at a BMI of 22.8 and I cannot suggest you to lose further.

If you do all these long workouts to lose 600kcal to 1000kcal everyday then you will have all these symptoms.

Rehydrate yourself properly and eat healthy.

Take care!
