I have been told that a BMI calculation doesn't take into account where body fat lies on your body and is just a quick guide as to the fat versus hieght of a person. It is not a pure scientific result but more of a strong indicator as to how much weight/fat you may need to lose to improve your health. I think that it is bull!!!! The first is basically BMI, which I DON"T AGREE with at all. then the next I think might be a little more acurate but I still have a hard time believing it because some people workout their waist line so it is a thick muscle area and some others like me have a fat belly. So those are my thoughts
