As I'm sure you've heard before, there is no way to lose wieght fast. I had an Eating Disorder for 12 years and in the last 3 I really lost a lot of weight. Last summer I got down to 128 (from 240) in just 5 months because I was 'getting rid' of everything I put in my mouth. I wasn't worth it because I felt AWFUL everyday, my skin didn't shrink as fast as my body so I had extra skin on my stomach and arms, and my heart was really acting funny. Plus, I didn't keep it off. I'm 8 months pregnant now, and I refuse to hurt my baby or myself anymore, so I started eating normal again and because I ruined my metabolism I'm right back up there at 260 again. Just try to do it the right way. It CAN be done, if you want it bad enough. For one thing, if you stop drinking soda all together, you WILL lose weight from that alone. Also try cutting back on the sweets to maybe once or twice a week, and drink A LOT of water. Just grab a glass every time you pass the sink. Not only will this help you lose weight, but it's awesome for your skin, too. Not eating is NOT the answer. Trust me. I've had too many friends almost starve to death for fear of gaining weight. If you starve yourself and then start eating again your body is just going to go into survival mode and store fat twice as fast and it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to get back off. Trust me! Good luck. It won't do anything more than possibly cause you a biotin deficiency or cause a salmonella infection. To lose weight you need to start counting calories and exercising. Ditch the whole idea of losing weight fast. Good health is a lifelong process and a lifestyle change -- not something you break and try to find a "quick fix" for.
