Agreed. Squats. There are many different types of squats too. Some more effective than others. Sumo squats are my favorite. Get on YouTube and look up fitness blenders butt & thigh workout. They're phenomenal.
Squats squats squats!! They're magic. I do them whenever I can, waiting for water to boil, watching tv, etc. Do them in your spair time and it pays off wonderfully. You could also try kick backs and lunges.
